The policy strictly prohibits any form of bribery, facilitation payments, kickbacks, misappropriation, extortion, or other corrupt practices. It also defines clear guidelines on the giving and receiving of gifts, hospitality, and charitable or political contributions—ensuring that all interactions are transparent, lawful, and appropriately documented.
