Abioye has over twenty (20) years of relevant professional experience in the oil and gas industry with diverse competencies in administration, training, product & business development, business transformation and restructuring.

With degrees and certifications in Communication, Business and Management, Peace Building, & Advanced Conflict Resolution nationally and internationally, she is driven by a passion for Professional Career Development, Personnel Occupational Gratification; and she holds executive positions in industry, academic and government institutions.

She managed the Business Development team of the Bicens Group, with her expertise in joint ventures, partnerships, regulatory compliance, and corporate communication to drive growth through brand development initiatives, technical partnerships, and contract management.

At Aviam Offshore Engineering Company Limited, she steered engagements with statutory organisations and interfaced with stakeholders, technical partners and asset owners for collaborations and asset acquisition. Prior to that, she led the business development department in transitioning of Multinational Technologies Limited from non technical to technical service providers.

Abioye is an Alumna of the University of South Wales – Cardiff, Wales, Fellow – Institute of Business Development, Vice President – National Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution Alumni, and Vice Chairman – IADC – Nigeria Chapter.
