His journey began with hands-on roles as a Geologist and Exploration Specialist, where he honed his expertise in mineral exploration, 3D modeling, geochemical analysis, and mine management across various commodities including lithium, tin, zinc, and gold.

Over the years, he has served in multiple strategic capacities, including Project Coordinator at Thor Explorations Ltd., where he played a key role in spodumene exploration, geological mapping, and stakeholder engagement. His time at ASVINI Global and Segilola Resources further sharpened his technical versatility in geotechnical analysis, structural mapping, and sustainability practices in mining. He also brings manufacturing discipline from his experience as a Production Operator, where precision and safety define every operation.

As COO, Olabanji draws on this rich, cross-disciplinary foundation to oversee operations, guide technical teams, and ensure project efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
